Senior Pharmaceutical Compounder / Bulk Manufacturer – TGA Experience Tripak Pharmaceuticals is an established Australian pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturer based in Capalaba. For nearly 40 years, we have manufactured products for leading Australian and international healthcare, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and consumer brands.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Pharmaceutical Compounder / Bulk Manufacturer to join our manufacturing team. This is an important manufacturing position suited to someone who understands how to produce quality bulk products in a controlled GMP environment and takes pride in getting the manufacturing process right.

The Role Working within our manufacturing department, you will manufacture a diverse range of pharmaceutical, therapeutic and personal care products, including creams, gels and liquid products.

Manufacturing and compounding bulk products in accordance with approved manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements

Weighing, dispensing and addition of raw materials

Operating mixing, processing and bulk manufacturing equipment

Equipment setup, changeover and cleaning

Monitoring critical manufacturing parameters including mixing, temperature, time and product consistency

Performing in-process checks and recording manufacturing information accurately

Completing batch documentation and GMP records





Identifying and troubleshooting manufacturing or equipment issues

Working closely with Production and Quality personnel to achieve production schedules

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene and GMP compliance

Meet company KPI's including Delivery in Full on Time, quality of finished goods, wastage %, reject rates, turnaround times, etc

Understanding a sense of urgency for customer delivery and company requirements

Supporting broader production activities when required

About You We are particularly interested in candidates with practical bulk manufacturing or compounding experience within pharmaceutical, therapeutic, cosmetic, personal care, food or another GMP-controlled manufacturing environment.

4 years minimum hands-on experience in bulk manufacturing and/or product compounding

Experience in manufacturing Aust L products is a must

As this is a senior role, management of the complete process from dispensing to release requirements would also be advantageous to your application

A comprehensive understanding of GMP and controlled manufacturing environments

Experience following batch manufacturing instructions and completing GMP documentation





Good mechanical aptitude and confidence operating manufacturing equipment

Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solution ability

An understanding of the importance of weighing accuracy, process control and product quality

Excellent attention to detail

A proactive and reliable approach to work

An attitude of delivering In Full and On Time is crucial in all departments with a want/care factor to meet the company KPI's

The ability to consider the customers’ finished goods needs of quality and punctuality

The ability to work both independently and as part of a manufacturing team

Physical fitness appropriate for normal manufacturing and manual-handling activities

Experienced pharmaceutical compounders and bulk manufacturers are strongly encouraged to apply.
