Join the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) and play a key role in bringing community initiatives to life during one of Australia's most iconic events. Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, you'll support the delivery of high-profile community programs associated with the Melbourne Cup Carnival, including the much-loved Pin & Win campaign, the Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour, other Melbourne Cup Carnival needs and support surrounding the setup of the Melbourne Cup Foundation. This role is casual contract

until mid-November. Key responsibilities

Supporting the planning and delivery of the Pin & Win campaign across the Melbourne Cup Carnival Coordinating volunteer requirements for Pin & Win with charity partner Assisting with Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour activities and other community initiatives Organising event materials,



collateral and activation resources Providing administrative support for The Melbourne Cup Foundation Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring activities are delivered in line with VRC policies, procedures and values About you

3+ years' experience in events, marketing, fundraising or community engagement Experience within the events, sporting or not-for-profit sectors is highly regarded Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CMS and Adobe programs desirable
