We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our dentists and hygienists delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional, and patient‑focused environment.
What you'll be doing
Clinical support — Assisting the dentist during procedures, passing instruments, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean, sterile treatment area
Patient care — Greeting and welcoming patients, helping them feel comfortable, and addressing questions or concerns
Record management — Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in the practice management system
Infection control — Carrying out sterilisation and infection‑control procedures to the highest standards
Stock management — Ordering and restocking dental supplies as required
Customer service — Providing exceptional service and supporting patients throughout their visit
Reception support — Assisting our reception team when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
What we’re looking for
Dental assisting qualification (preferred but not essential)
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to patient care
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with confidence multitasking in a busy environment
A keen eye for detail and dedication to high standards of infection control and sterilisation
A friendly, professional, and positive attitude, with a passion for the dental industry
