The Role Reporting to the Partner leading our Technology Strategy and Business Transformation team, you will contribute to engagements across technology strategy, operating models, program delivery and organisational change.
You’ll work across a range of client environments, building your experience from initial scoping and analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.
Contribute to AI and technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
Support operating model design and process development
Support programs, PMOs and project delivery activities
Work collaboratively across project and client teams
Contribute to firm initiatives and business development
The ideal Person You have an interest in technology and transformation, with some experience in advisory, professional services or a related setting. You enjoy solving complex problems, working with clients and translating strategic challenges into practical outcomes, and are looking to continue building your experience across technology strategy, transformation and program delivery.
Some experience across AI, technology, digital or transformation engagements
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Strong communication and structured problem-solving abilities
