to lead our team and drive store performance in one of our 4 large IGA supermarkets.

About the Role As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently meets sales, service, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team

Oversee all store operations, including sales, stock control, rosters, and wages

Deliver high standards in customer service, presentation,



and cleanliness

Manage budgets, KPIs, and sales targets

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community

Drive a positive team culture aligned with Morgan’s IGA values

About You

Proven experience in supermarket or retail management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sound understanding of retail KPIs, stock control, and labour management

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

Hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic
