POSITION : Customer Experience Coordinator

EMPLOYMENT : Full time (Fixed Term) – 7-day rotating roster during festival period SALARY: $68,042 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuatio

Education & Experience

Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or customer service leadership role in festivals, events or venues

Experience leading teams of staff or volunteers in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar)

Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools

Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays across a 7-day rotating roster, particularly during the Adelaide Fringe festival period (Monday 8 February – Sunday 21 March), and potentially during Christmas activations

Understanding of, or willingness to develop, accessible and inclusive customer service practices

Desirable:



Experience with rostering systems such as Employment Hero

Desirable: Experience in an open-access arts festival

Desirable: Experience supporting customers with accessibility or access needs
