I'm recruiting for a huge family-ownedbusiness that has been operating for nearly 30 years. They're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and switched-on person to become the heartbeat of their office.

This is much more than a reception role. You'll keep the office moving, jump in wherever needed, and make life easier for everyone around you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Answering phones and being the friendly face of the office

Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, field staff and senior management

Ordering groceries, PPE, stationery and office supplies

Managing insurances, internal documents and general office admin

Data entry and backing up the Workflow Coordinator

Supporting the EA,



Training Coordinator and senior management

Learning workflow, tendering and other areas of the business as you grow
