About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a casual role based around Belmore/Campbelltown, NSW.
This opportunity is suited to a Registered Nurse who has strong administration and documentation experience, particularly within community, disability, or NDIS services.
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
Completing clinical documentation, case notes and reports
Assisting with care plan administration and reviews
Scheduling and coordinating services
Communicating with clients, families, support workers and other stakeholders
Providing general administrative support related to community and disability services
Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
Maintaining confidentiality and protecting client privacy
Supporting compliance with NDIS requirements and relevant quality standards
Following organisational policies and procedures
Adhering to safeguarding,
incident reporting and other mandatory reporting requirements
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
Previous experience in nursing administration, community nursing, disability services, aged care, or a similar setting
Strong documentation, report writing and case note skills
Experience maintaining client records and care plans
Valuable organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsUnderstanding of NDIS requirements and quality standards
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
