IMPACT-People and Culture – Tullamarine VIC Alba Cheese is a Victorian food manufacturer based in Tullamarine. We're after a Finance Officer who wants more out of the job than one lane. You'll get across credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations, and build a genuinely well-rounded finance career while you're at it.

You'll work closely with the wider finance and operations team, and you'll be cross-trained so you can flex to wherever the team needs support most. If you're eager to learn, happy to get your hands dirty and are agile, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

Credit control: chasing overdue accounts and sorting payment queries

Accounts payable: processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, running payment runs

Accounts receivable: processing customer receipts and keeping account records accurate

Daily bank reconciliations, plus support with monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Covering other finance team members during leave or peak periods

Pitching in on ad hoc finance and operations tasks as they come up

What you'll bring

1 to 4 years' experience in a finance or accounts role

Some exposure to credit control, AP,



AR, bank reconciliations or balance sheet reconciliations

Comfortable working across a team and picking up new tasks, not just sitting in one lane

Good attention to detail and confident with numbers

Tech savvy with Intermediate Excel skills

Full working rights in Australia

Experience with Ostendo or Xero, or a background in manufacturing, is a bonus but not essential. A degree in accounting, finance or commerce is desirable but not essential either.
