Black Truffle is seeking a hands-on Cook to join our Springvale kitchen. You will prepare, cook, portion and present chef-prepared meals and catering orders, following standardised recipes and daily production plans. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation, work with a team of twenty-two, assist with training apprentices, and maintain stock, labels and temperature records to meet our strict quality standards.
