About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to provide quality in-home care and support to older people living in the community.

This role is ideal for experienced AINs, Personal Care Workers and Support Workers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and helping older people maintain their independence and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide a range of in-home aged care services, including:

Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing and toileting assistance)

Respite support

Social support and companionship

Transport to appointments and community activities

Shopping and meal assistance





Domestic assistance and light household cleaning

Wellness and reablement support

Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns

Supporting clients in line with individual care plans

About You Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Home & Community Care or equivalent

Previous experience working with older people in aged care, home care, disability support or healthcare settings

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Access to your own reliable, insured vehicle

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

A genuine passion for supporting older people

What We Offer

Competitive casual rates of

$42 - $48 per hour
