Select Harvests is one of Australia's largest almond growers and a leading agribusiness, dedicated to the sustainable production, processing, sales and marketing of high-quality almonds. With over 9,000 hectares of almond orchards across the country, we are committed to maintaining excellence in both farming and environmental management.

Our vertically integrated business model allows us to control the entire supply chain, from growing and harvesting to processing and exporting almonds to global markets. We take pride in our innovative farming techniques, commitment to sustainability, and focus on producing premium, healthy food products. Select Harvests is driven by its core values of safety, quality, teamwork, and sustainability, ensuring that our operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.

As an ASX‑listed agribusiness, Select Harvests combines the scale, governance and commercial rigour of a listed organisation with the hands‑on, operational exposure of a complex agri‑food business.

As a graduate, you’ll be part of a business that:

Operates at scale, with geographically diverse orchards across Victoria, South Australia and Recent South Wales

Invests heavily in food manufacturing, processing capability, safety and quality

Plays an important role in sustainable food production and regional communities

Offers real responsibility early, not observer roles or rotations for the sake of it

Is building a deliberate pipeline of future leaders across operations, processing and commercial functions

This is a hands‑on graduate program for people who want to learn by doing, understand how a complex agri‑food business really works, and build a long‑term career in the industry.
