You will report to the site leadership team and guide staff to deliver seamless service, maintain high standards, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and public holiday availability is expected in this energetic cinema environment.
