About The Role We’re looking for a talented Midweight–Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring a fresh, fashion-forward perspective to Smiggle’s product design. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you’ll work closely with the Product, Design and broader Creative teams to bring ideas to life, from initial concepts and creative direction through to final product. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll create original prints, patterns, illustrations and packaging, while also looking at the bigger picture to develop cohesive product ranges, collections and capsules that feel fresh, relevant and distinctly Smiggle.

Responsibilities

Translate fashion trends, mood boards and creative direction into innovative, commercially relevant product solutions for the Tween customer

Develop original prints, yardages, illustrations, graphics and artwork across accessories, lifestyle and back‑to‑school product categories and packaging

Design cohesive product ranges, collections and capsules

Create detailed product specifications and supplier‑ready finished artwork across a variety of products and packaging

Curate colour palettes, materials, prints,



patterns and finishes to create elevated and considered product ranges

Collaborate closely with designers and product developers to ensure design solutions are on‑brand, on‑trend and fashion‑forward, while being delivered within timelines and budget

Skills & Experience

Midweight–Senior level experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, multi-product design or packaging

Strong fashion‑led design sensibility, with an understanding of the Tween customer and current youth culture

Proven ability to develop cohesive ranges and collections, rather than solely individual products

Excellent illustration, print and yardage design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of colour, materials and finishes

Ability to translate trends and creative direction into compelling, commercially relevant product solutions

Experience developing product specifications and production‑ready finished artwork

Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills are essential

Trend forecasting experience is desirable

Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills

Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creative vision with customer needs and price point
