Join the team at Living Turf as a Turf Technician - Precision Turf. This is a full-time role working within a supportive team environment, Monday to Friday with a standard 40-hour week. There is flexibility for shift work and overtime when available. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality turf application services.

What you'll be doing

Deliver application services to our customers

Operate and maintain various application and analytical equipment

Complete electronic reporting and record-keeping

Conduct a wide variety of technical and analytical services

Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships

Uphold professional standards and environmental/public safety awareness

Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professional conduct

Represent the company with integrity and pride

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

Support the broader team in achieving company objectives

What we’re looking for

Greenkeeping certification (strongly encouraged)

Spray application knowledge (ChemCert III and relevant state licenses)

Mechanical aptitude and practical maintenance skills

Customer service experience (desirable)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship





Proficient in the use of turf-specific equipment and machinery

Positive customer service mindset and ability to build strong relationships with clients

A keen interest in horticulture and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces

A current driver's license and your own reliable transport
