We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and reliable Casual Registered Nurses and Midwives to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who value flexibility, variety, and delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. As a Casual Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based care across a range of clinical settings while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Shifts are available on a flexible casual basis, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Casual Bank Employees Need To Be Available To Work For At Least 1 Shift Per Week Over An Average Of 6 Months. Based On Your Prior Experience You Will Be Able To Choose To Work In One Or More Of The Following Areas Speciality Medical Units Surgical Units Emergency Intensive Care Cardiac Services Oncology Renal Services Midwifery Services Paediatric and Special Care Nursery Sub-Acute Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care in accordance with skilled standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support patients and families with compassion and professionalism Collaborate effectively with medical, allied health, and support staff Adhere to infection control, safety,



and workplace policies What We’re Looking For

Have minimum 12 months of clinical experience Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and excellent clinical skills Provide evidence based, high quality care to patients Delivering consumer-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Barwon Health requirements Position Description
