HPACS is a small, solid crew with 15+ years of steady work across Melbourne delivering HVAC solutions. We're recruiting a Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic / Mechanical Plumber and a Year 2 or Year 3 Apprentice who want real skills, real responsibility, and real support. Key responsibilities
Installing HVAC systems in childcares, schools, offices and light commercial sites VRF/VRV installs, commissioning, and service Ducted reverse-cycle systems Split & multi-split installs Residential service work Apprentice (Year 2 or 3): Commercial HVAC installs Ducted reverse-cycle systems Split & multi-split installs & service VRF/VRV exposure Hands-on training TAFE/RTO block release support About you
Solid technical chops A "do it right the first time" attitude Driver's license + White Card Apprentice (Year 2 or 3): Year 2 or 3 Refrigeration & AC Apprenticeship Curiosity + willingness to learn Reliability + safety focus Driver's license (or working toward it) White Card (or willing to get one) Fully maintained company vehicle 38-hour week + monthly RDO Uniforms and training Apprentice (Year 2 or 3 or 4th): 20% above award.
