As a Pastry Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bakery's busy pastry kitchen, helping to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods and cakes. What you'll be doing

Assisting the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods Accurately measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes Performing basic food preparation tasks such as weighing, portioning, and decorating Maintaining a clean and organised work environment Following all food safety and hygiene procedures Providing support to the wider bakery team as needed What we're looking for

Passion for baking and a keen interest in the art of pastry making Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment, ideally in a similar assistant or support role Minimum of 1 year's experience in a bakery, kitchen,



or food production environment is required Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately Positive hand-eye coordination and dexterity Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to lend a hand where needed A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Candidates must be Australian permanent residents What we offer
