Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism. Offer a personalised touch,



knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea. Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering. Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression. What You'll Need:

Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills Solid organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Welcome with Heart If you are a people-person who takes pride in creating a positive and organised environment, we would love to hear from you.
