ABOUT THE COMPANY EROAD is a global fleet management technology company listed on both the NZX and ASX, providing telematics-based solutions that help fleet operators manage compliance, safety and assets. As the business continues to grow across Recent Zealand, Australia and North America, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney office and own a portfolio of customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the trusted advisor behind every account's success.
Own a portfolio of customer accounts and build relationships that last
Drive retention and growth across your portfolio
Act as the go-to subject matter expert on our products for your customers
Work closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain and Finance to resolve issues and identify opportunities
Report to the Customer Success Team Lead as part of a wider customer success function
WHAT YOU NEED Here's what will set you up to succeed in this role.
Around 3 years in a customer success, customer service or customer-facing account management role
A background in the technology or SaaS industry
Experience working within a delivery framework such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban or a similar structured methodology
Familiarity with CRM tools
