As a Support Worker at

Miss Moo Disability Support,

you will play a vital role in providing essential care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and participate actively in their community. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Male and Female Support Staff Required Flexible Shifts across Monday - Sunday Hours range from 2 to 10 hours per shift IMMEDIATE Start for the right candidate Key Responsibilities

Assisting Participants with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks within their own home and/or across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Homes. Accompanying and supporting Participants during social, recreational,



and community-based activities Advocating for Participant needs and ensuring their rights and preferences are respected Documenting Participant progress and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with the wider care team to develop and implement individualised support plans Promoting Participant independence, choice, and self-determination What we're Looking For

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to person-centred care Relevant experience in the aged care, disability, or community services sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with Participants A problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each Participant Completion of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification A current First Aid/CPR Certificate Valid Driver's License & Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance MUST HAVE NDIS Compliance Documents: Blue & Yellow Cards What We Offer;
