Advance Human Resources seeks a senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead the organisation's WHS, wellbeing and injury management across aged care. You will influence leaders, strengthen culture and deliver practical solutions in a complex setting. Reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture & Diversity, you will drive safety strategy, lead the team, manage high-stakes investigations and deliver board-ready reporting.
