Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) operates Caulfield Racecourse which hosts some of the world’s premier races including 11 Group 1s throughout the season, with 5 majors during the Carlton Draught Caulfield Cup Carnival alone. We’re looking for some excellent Corporate Bartenders to assist at Caulfield Cup Carnival 2026, on the 10th and 17th October. DUTIES
Work in a corporate bar Prepare mixed drinks and basic cocktails Restock bars Cash handling and POS use Fantastic presentation and customer service
