This is a hands‑on warehouse role based in a chiller/cold storage area, working early morning starts six days a week. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing and preparing stock for dispatch, helping keep the supply chain moving so orders reach customers fresh and on time. Key responsibilities Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock in chiller and cold storage areas Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch Stock rotation (FIFO) and maintaining accurate stock records Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards in chiller areas General warehouse duties as required About you Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage or food distribution workplace (highly regarded but not essential)



Comfortable working in chiller/cold temperature conditions Forklift licence (highly regarded) Reliable, punctual and able to consistently commit to early 3:00am starts, 6 days per week Own reliable transport (given the early start time) Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks A good understanding of, or willingness to learn, basic food safety practices About us Richmond Oysters is a wholesale seafood and food distribution business supplying quality product across Victoria.
