An exciting prospect is available for a part-time Sterilisation Assistant to join the dynamic team at Century Dental in Balwyn, Victoria. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of sterilisation and infection control within the practice, ensuring the safety and well-being of both patients and staff.

Working hours: Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm/5.30pm, weekly alternating shifts on Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm and 8.30am - 4.30pm/5.00pm.

What you'll be doing

Properly cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising all dental instruments and equipment according to strict protocols

Organising and restocking sterilised instrument trays and packs

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sterilisation area

Monitoring and documenting the sterilisation process to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Providing support to the dental team as needed, assisting with general practice duties
