As a PartTime Assistant Store Manager at Rip Curl Uni Hill DFOYou will:

Support the Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running strong

Step up and take the lead when needed — setting the tone on the floor

Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other

Help create a store people want to be part of — not just shop in

Keep things moving day to day — from people to performance to store operations and standards
