Coating Operator Needed for Day Shift in Keysborough

We are seeking an experienced Coating Operators to join a manufacturing site in Keysborough! About the client: With over 50 years of collective industry experience, our client has provided the latest technology combined with rapid turnaround times and the convenience of variable batch sizes. Their customers receive the benefits of their state-of-the-art tableting, encapsulation, blistering and packing facility, conveniently located 30 minutes from the CBD in Keysborough. Role: Coating Operator Pay rate: $34.96 per hour Role Overview





Setup the machines according to procedure parameters Operate machinery to coat vitamins and tablets To read and comprehend instructions and following established procedures Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process Identify the correct components required for the line Visually verify that the ingredients are in conformance with standards Visually check the coated products to ensure they meet the requirements of the client Report defective parts or colours to the line leader, supervisor or Maintenance personnel Perform site cleaning where required Strictly following WHSE requirements and safety procedures About you

Unrestricted working rights in Australia Previous coating or similar machine operation experience Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred) Own PPE - steel-capped boots & high-vis vest Physically fit able to lift up to 20kg Previous experience in colour matching highly regarded Ability to work independently on night shift Able to follow OHS procedures
