We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Nicks painting' in Bondi Junction, NSW. This is a casual position. As part of our dedicated painting and decorating team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our valued clients

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming walls, ceilings, and other surfaces prior to painting

Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Mixing paints and ensuring colour consistency throughout projects

Protecting furniture, fixtures, and floors with drop cloths and masking tape

Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Communicating effectively with customers to understand their requirements and expectations

Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining and caring for painting equipment and tools

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience in painting and decorating





A Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of precision

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks

Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
