Customer Service Representative - 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover

The Internal Sales - Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating revenue through outbound & inbound sales activity, opportunity qualification, customer account development, executing data-driven promotional offers and inputting customer orders through SAP, and resolving all customer issues in a timely and productive manner. The role leverages CRM insights, customer behaviour data, and promotional analytics to improve conversion, increase average order value, and provide a "one stop shop" for all customer enquiries, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, to provide the best possible customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls and email enquiries Execute outbound calling, email sequences, and customer follow-up activities to build a healthy pipeline Deliver targeted promotions to customers based on segment, purchase behaviour, lifecycle stage, and campaign insights Use CRM and BI dashboards to identify customers likely to convert with promotional incentives Provide feedback to Sales Manager on promo effectiveness, customer objections, and uptake trends Maintain compliance with pricing authorities, discount guardrails, and approval workflows Assign Sales Representatives to client orders using Dynamics 365 Maintain high standards of customer experience,



ensuring clear communication and timely processing of orders Track customer enquiries in consultation with internal departments and external transport / freight providers and clients Log all activities, interactions, opportunities, and promo applications accurately About you Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently 1-3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer service experience Experience with data-assisted selling, marketing campaigns, or trade promotions Strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building abilities Comfortable using SAP & CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent) Ability to interpret basic data dashboards and act on insights High attention to detail and disciplined follow-through Ability to execute promotional scripts with accuracy and consistency About us Soudal is the largest independent European manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foam for professional and private use.
