cape group is seeking a Disability Support Worker – Community Options to provide high quality community-based support for people with disabilities. You will implement support plans, assist with personal care, and promote independence and inclusion. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care, NDIS experience, and a current Victorian Drivers Licence; Auslan is a plus. Multiple sites across Nunawading and Croydon offer casual hours with robust development opportunities.
