Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver room service orders accurately and on time

Take phone/app orders, confirming special requests and dietary needs

Set up trays/trolleys to standard; check against ticket before delivery

Liaise with kitchen to ensure timely, correct order prep

Deliver discreetly, respecting guest privacy and room entry protocols

Process bills and payments at point of delivery

Collect trays/trolleys promptly to keep floors clean and presentable

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Bring:

Hospitality or F&B; experience (room service a plus)

Strong phone and in-person communication skills

Calm under pressure,



able to juggle multiple orders

Physical stamina to stand, carry trays, and navigate hotel corridors

Team player who works well with kitchen and front-of-house

Flexible, positive attitude during peak and off-hour demand
