Operations Team at Bibra Lake, 6163 !

Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00am–4:30pm).

We need a

reliable, customer-focused quick learner . Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go, not behind a desk.

What you will do:

Remove plates and registration stickers safely

- following company procedures.

Catalogue assets

– record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.

Frame it, snap it, upload it

– photograph assets and upload to our auction system quickly and accurately.

Deliver great service

– accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.

Team support

– help out where needed.

Collaborate across departments

– keep branch operations running seamlessly.

Follow WHS rules

– keep safety top priority.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments

Highly driven and energised

Organised with a solution focused approach to work

Transparent and effective communicator

Able to concentrate on the more important priorities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to learn software packages quickly

A valid forklift licence is desirable
