source and order automotive parts accurately Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow Track orders, ETA's and parts usage through dealership systems Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records Provide robust internal customer service to the workshop and service department As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks Competitive remuneration on offer.
