Key Responsibilities
Complete daily dispatch administration duties
Upload transport and warehouse documentation
Prepare and process paperwork for outbound loads
Complete accurate data entry and update internal systems
Maintain organised dispatch records and documentation
Assist with general warehouse administration as required
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
Previous administration experience, ideally within warehousing, transport or logistics
Robust attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Good computer and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous 2IC experience is highly regarded but not essential
SAP experience is highly regarded but not essential
A reliable, proactive and willing-to-learn attitude
