Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Scheduling Coordinator in managing electricians and technicians schedules for efficient resource allocation.

Communicate with electricians and technicians to coordinate tasks and provide necessary support.

Interact with clients to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and confirm bookings.

Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with team members to streamline scheduling processes and improve efficiency.

Provide administrative support to facilitate seamless scheduling operations.





Qualifications:

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with no formal qualifications required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
