Mercure Melbourne Doncaster is seeking a part time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The role includes breakfast, lunch, dinner service and conferencing tasks, working with the F&B; Team Leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with bookings, maintaining bar and dining areas, and supporting upselling opportunities.
