We are seeking an experienced

F5 Platform Engineer

to design, implement, manage, and support F5 application delivery and security solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in

F5 BIG-IP technologies , load balancing, traffic management, application security, and network infrastructure. This role involves maintaining highly available and secure application delivery platforms while collaborating with network, security, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP platforms.

Administer and support:Local Traffic Manager (LTM)

DNS/GTM

Application Security Manager (ASM/AWAF)

Access Policy Manager (APM)

Configure virtual servers, pools, health monitors, iRules, SSL offloading, and traffic policies.

Perform platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management.

Troubleshoot load balancing, application delivery, SSL, and network performance issues.

Manage high availability (HA) configurations and disaster recovery environments.

Monitor system health, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Implement and maintain web application security policies and WAF configurations.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.

Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.





Support automation initiatives using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

5+ years of experience administering F5 BIG-IP platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Certifications

F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA)

F5 Certified Solution Expert (CSE)

CCNA / CCNP

AWS or Azure Certifications

Nice-to-Have

DevOps and CI/CD integration experience.

Kubernetes and container networking knowledge.

NGINX Plus/F5 NGINX experience.

Experience with Service Mesh and API Gateway technologies.
