Demonstrated experience with NHVR, NHVAS & HVA Robust knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility Experience with NHVAS Mass and Maintenance Management Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle fatigue requirements Experience managing vehicle maintenance and defect systems Experience preparing for and participating in NHVR/NHVAS audits Strong investigation and corrective-action skills Excellent documentation and record-keeping ability Strong attention to detail Confidence dealing with drivers, allocators, managers, auditors and regulators Ability to work independently and take ownership of the compliance function Practical understanding of how compliance requirements apply to day-to-day transport operations Relevant qualifications in transport, compliance, auditing, WHS, risk management or heavy vehicle operations will be highly regarded.
