The Role As a PGA Golf Professional, you will support the Head Golf Professional in delivering high-quality golf programs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and beginner coaching

Supporting player development and promoting participation in coaching programs

Managing tee time bookings and player check-ins

Assisting with daily golf operations and member services

Providing professional retail advice and processing sales transactions

Maintaining pro shop presentation and merchandising standards

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests

Supporting a positive team culture and professional environment

About You

PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation

Experience delivering golf lessons and coaching programs

Experience in club fitting and club fitting technology (Trackman, Flightscope, GC Quad or the like)

Strong understanding of golf operations

Experience using golf management software such as MiClub

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

A passion for golf and helping others improve their game

A positive, energetic and team-focused approach

Qualifications

PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation

Working With Children Check

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Approved Managers Card (Preferred)

First Aid Certificate

National Police Check
