Perform general cleaning duties and tasks related to cleaning and storage of equipment as directed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Clean and store operating equipment. Clean and maintain areas according to guidelines. Exercise great care in use of operating equipment. Report any problems to the manager on duty. Work according to posted roster.
