Based in our Parramatta office, this role is ideally suited to a Property Solicitor looking for consistency, structure and a well-supported workflow. You will manage a steady stream of conveyancing and property matters from instruction through to settlement, with support systems and processes already in place. WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS





Salary up to $130,000 Structured processes and administrative support Autonomy over your files without unnecessary micromanagement Direct client interaction within a professional and well-managed environment Exposure to Estate Planning matters Ability to work up to two days per week from home following completion of probation period Ability to participate in an approved hours-averaging arrangement, allowing you to finish at 2pm each Friday. ABOUT YOU

You are a dependable and detail-oriented Solicitor who enjoys getting the job done properly. You are commercially practical, comfortable managing matters through to completion and understand the importance of keeping clients informed throughout a transaction. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE), with demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing and property transactions Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting Strong organisational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Estate Planning experience is advantageous but not essential WHY JOIN US
