We are seeking a Lawyer (4+ PAE)



with broad general commercial experience and some litigation exposure to join our growing practice. This is a client‑facing role with responsibility across a diverse mix of commercial matters. You will take ownership of files from start to finish while working collaboratively with the broader team. Your work will include: Commercial transactions: structuring, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements General commercial advisory including trade mark and leasing work across varied industries Supporting dispute matters where commercial litigation experience is relevant You will also play a role in business development. While prior business development experience is not essential, a willingness to engage in networking and relationship‑building is important. This role suits someone who values autonomy, is comfortable operating in a flat structure, and wants to contribute both legally and commercially. Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Advisory Work

Manage matters from commencement through to completion Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Provide clear, practical and commercially grounded advice Support dispute and litigation‑related matters where required Client & Relationship Management





Build and maintain strong client relationships Work directly with business owners and senior decision‑makers Contribute to the firm’s reputation for accessible, results‑driven advice Business Development & Contribution

You are commercially minded, pragmatic and confident managing matters independently. You enjoy working directly with clients and delivering advice that is both technically sound and commercially realistic. You’re not looking for a traditional hierarchical firm structure. You value flexibility, autonomy and being trusted to deliver outcomes. You will bring:

4 + years post‑admission experience in commercial law Strong experience across general commercial advisory and transactions Some litigation or dispute resolution experience Excellent drafting and communication skills Confidence managing matters independently A willingness to engage in networking and business development activities Strong organisational skills and follow‑through An interest in contributing to the growth and evolution of the firm will be highly regarded.
