About the role As an Intermediate/Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a varied client portfolio, while being supported and mentored by experienced leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)

Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations





Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with tax planning and advisory work

Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)

Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice

About you

CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion

2+ years' experience in a public practice environment

Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge

Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, XPM)

A genuine desire to grow, learn, and progress within a supportive team environment
