About Us When people talk about the Flying Doctor, thoughts generally turn to red-bellied planes undertaking rescue missions in the Outback. About the Role The Supporter Data & CRM Specialist plays a key role in supporting RFDS Victoria's fundraising operations through the effective management, configuration and continuous improvement of the Raiser's Edge NXT CRM platform. Working closely with fundraising, supporter experience and data teams, this role ensures supporter information is captured, maintained and utilised effectively to support engagement, fundraising performance and informed decision-making.

Reporting to the CRM Lead, the position is responsible for designing and optimising CRM solutions, workflows and data structures that improve operational efficiency and data integrity. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for Raiser's Edge NXT, delivering scalable solutions, maintaining high data quality standards and identifying opportunities to enhance fundraising outcomes through platform optimisation and best-practice CRM management.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Configure, maintain and optimise the Raiser's Edge NXT CRM platform to support fundraising operations.

Design and implement CRM workflows, data structures and validation controls to improve data quality and efficiency.

Manage data imports,



mapping specifications and integration processes to ensure accurate and consistent supporter data.

Develop audience segmentation and campaign targeting solutions to support fundraising and supporter engagement activities.

Monitor, investigate and resolve data quality issues through analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform technical data operations, including bulk updates, coding, merges and record maintenance.

Act as the subject matter expert for CRM configuration and best-practice fundraising data management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform performance, drive user adoption and support organisational objectives.

To be successful, you will need:

Experience in configuring, maintainence and optimization of the Raiser's Edge NXT CRM platform to support fundraising operations.

End to end experience in designing and implementing CRM workflows, data structures and validation controls to improve data quality and efficiency.

Experience in managing data imports, mapping specifications and integration processes to ensure accurate and consistent supporter data.

End to end experience in audience segmentation and campaign targeting solutions to support fundraising and supporter engagement activities.

Ability to monitor, investigate and resolve data quality issues through analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in performing technical data operations, including bulk updates, coding, merges and record maintenance.





Act as the subject matter expert for CRM configuration and best-practice fundraising data management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform performance, drive user adoption and support organisational objectives.

Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
