Our engineers carry out complex and highly technical projects throughout the product development chain of the most prestigious companies in sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Energy, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Life Sciences.

QR_ is currently expending its activity in Australia and we are looking for a Production Process Engineer join our Melbourne team.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing production/process improvement activities

Application of contemporary manufacturing methodologies to support major facility expansions

Deliver complex projects within budgeted costs and schedule

Identify areas of process improvement and seek to implement agreed changes

Identify and reduce bottlenecks within the production processes

Must have:

3+ years' experience in manufacturing related industries

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Mechanical, electrical, Process, Manufacturing, etc.)

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience performing process improvement studies and implementing improvements based on investigations

Nice to have:

Experience coordinating project teams

Experience owning the technical documentation related to the project
