Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BusinessAnalyst with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) for OutageManagement to bridge business requirements and technology solutions for utilityorganizations. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting businessprocesses, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and deliveringsolutions that improve outage response, field workforce productivity, customerexperience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & RequirementsManagement

Gather,analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, SMEs, andoperational teams.

Conductworkshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to identify businessneeds and improvement opportunities.

CreateBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional RequirementsSpecifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and use cases.





Translatebusiness requirements into functional specifications for developmentteams.

Field Service Management for outagemanagmenet

Analyzeand improve field service processes including work order management,scheduling, dispatching, workforce mobility, and asset maintenance.

Collaboratewith field operations teams to optimize technician productivity andservice delivery.

Supportimplementation and enhancement of Field Service solutions such as SAP SAMor ADMS POAM platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills

Strongexperience in Business Analysis within Utility, Energy, Electricity, orField Service industries.

Understandingof Outage Management Systems (OMS) and utility operations.

Knowledgeof Field Service Management processes:

WorkOrder Management

Scheduling& Dispatch

ServiceOperations

Technical Skills

Experiencewith OMS, FSM, GIS, SCADA, CIS, EAM, or ERP integrations.

Familiaritywith APIs, data mapping, system integrations, and workflow automation.

Experiencewith Power BI, SQL, Azure, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platformsis advantageous.

Knowledgeof Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Business Analysis Skills

Requirementselicitation and documentation.
