TSA is looking for an experienced Utilities Supervisor to take ownership of our rural pole-to-pit and reinstatement operations across Melbourne. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will coordinate field crews, subcontractors and administration employees while keeping works safe, productive and on schedule. toolbox talks and site inspections Liaising with clients, utility providers and internal teams Ensuring works meet safety, quality and environmental requirements Resolving issues quickly and keeping projects moving Building a capable, accountable and positive team What you’ll bring Experience in civil construction or utilities Experience leading crews and subcontractors Knowledge of pole-to-pit, underground services and reinstatement works Experience overseeing administration, invoicing or project costs Solid planning, communication and problem-solving skills A practical and hands‑on leadership style Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction or Management, or equivalent experience
