About the Role We are seeking a

results-driven and motivated person who is looking to start their career in Sales

within the Capital Equipment Industry servicing the Northern Gold Coast Region.

Reporting to the Brisbane Sales Manager, you will be responsible for

achieving and exceeding sales targets

by managing existing customers in a customer-facing role while actively developing new business opportunities across materials handling and warehouse solutions.

As the face of the business in your territory, you will:

Build strong customer relationships

Identify and convert new opportunities

Deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value

This role goes beyond sales—it’s about

growing market share and driving business performance .

Key Responsibilities

Manage a defined territory and customer base

Identify and secure new rental and sales opportunities

Conduct regular product demonstrations

Provide prompt, professional responses to customer enquiries

Maintain consistent face-to-face customer engagement

Achieve monthly order intake, revenue, and gross profit targets

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-focused role

Strong capability in sales planning and forecasting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities

Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success

Energetic, driven, and results-oriented

Proactive with a solid “can-do” attitude

Quick learner with a desire to succeed and grow

Highly motivated with ambition to advance your career and earnings potential
