Join our close-knit IT team in a permanent full-time Brisbane CBD position, leading a team of five while supporting a modern cloud-first environment across 220+ sites throughout Australia's eastern seaboard. This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on technical expertise with project leadership, driving infrastructure strategy, cyber security initiatives and continuous improvement across a large, geographically dispersed organisation. What You'll Be Doing

Leading infrastructure projects, upgrades and strategic improvement initiatives

Driving cyber security enhancements across cloud, identity and endpoint platforms

Providing technical leadership and Level 3 escalation support to the team

Managing and optimise Microsoft Azure, cloud services and enterprise infrastructure

Mentoring a team of around 5 IT professionals while fostering a team-oriented culture

What You'll Bring

Experience leading infrastructure projects in complex cloud environments

Strong Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure and identity management expertise

Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, controls and best practices

Experience with Entra ID, Intune, EDR, NDR, ZTNA or related technologies

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

3+ years' experience in an Infrastructure Manager, Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role

Relevant industry certifications, tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience

Right to work in Australia

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

Occasional travel between sites as required
