About the role We are seeking an experienced

Territory Sales Manager

to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. Based in

Sydney, NSW . This is a unique opportunity as the incumbent views to retire in early 2027. The role presents to lead sales initiatives across the NSW state, driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. As Territory Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of business development for Ferno Australia, responsible for identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a strategic position that combines field-based sales activity with account management expertise, offering the chance to make a significant impact on our business growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives

Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare, emergency services, height safety and related sectors

Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients,



highlighting the value and benefits of Ferno solutions

Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM systems

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Ferno products and build brand awareness

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, analysing market trends and competitor activity

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of 5+ years in territory sales management, account management, or field sales roles within a B2B environment

Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

Strong understanding of the healthcare, medical equipment, or emergency services - height safety sector (desirable but not essential)

Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Ability to build and maintain professional networks and relationships

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome objections and challenges
